Add something special to any set of your choice ($5 per charm)

Please let me know the following info in the Order Notes:

• Number of charm on the chart

• Which set you'd like the charm added on to

• Which finger of that set you'd like the charm to be on

• For the astrology charms, please note the zodiac sign you'd like
• Please note: the bottom row will only fit on long/extra long nails

Examples on what to put in the Order Notes: 

• "#27 charm on each ring finger of the Merlot set"

• "#23 Virgo charm on the middle fingers of Choose Your Color #4 set"

• #12 charm on ring fingers of Iced Coffee set"
