custom sizing (most common method): enter your sizes from thumb to pinky in the Order Notes

IMPORTANT:

• Please do not attempt to guess your sizes
• Sizes given in millimeters are not accepted
• A proper fit (as well as properly prepping your nails) is crucial for your press-ons
• No refunds for sizing issues
• GiLi Nails only uses Apres brand gel-x tips

• Orders have a processing time of up to 14 business days (Mon-Fri) before shipment

• Standard shipping (USPS Ground Advantage) typically arrive within 3-7 days after shipment

• Expedited shipping (USPS Priority Mail) are typically delivered 2-3 days after shipment

• There are Rush Order options if you need your order to be processed in less than 14 business days

All orders come with the necessary supplies:

alcohol wipes, a cuticle stick, a mini buffer, a sheet of adhesive tabs, a tube of nail glue and detailed instructions for prep, application and removal

• please review the info listed below the request form before submitting

• you'll get a reply at my earliest convenience if orders are open

• after the details are worked out, you'll get an invoice 

• processing time (up to 14 business days) begins after invoice is paid

• please double check your email address for any typos. If it's entered incorrectly, I can't reply :)

Taking the time to prep your nails properly when applying your press-ons will determine how well they'll adhere and how long they'll stay on for

steps:

• buff your nail beds with the buffer block to remove all shine and create a rough surface for the glue to adhere to

• gently push your cuticles back

• use the alcohol wipes to cleanse and dry out your nail beds

• apply glue to the center of your nail bed and a small amount inside the press-on

• line the press-on up properly with your natural nail and begin laying it flat, at a 45° angle, from the base to the tip

• apply pressure for at least 10 seconds

• avoid contact with water for at least an hour after application

additional tips:

- if you have naturally oily skin and nail beds, use a dehydrator after prep, before applying the glue

- if you have flat nail beds and find there's a gap between your nail and the press-on, I'd recommend using semi-solid air drying glue instead of liquid glue. It fills in the gap, dries within a minute and also is super strong

- follow the same application steps if using adhesive tabs instead of glue

• Soak your nails in warm, soapy water for up to 5 minutes

• Add an oil of your choice to help loosen the nail (optional)

• Gently slide cuticle stick underneath the nail to remove

• If it's still stuck, don't rip it off. Just repeat the process

• Aftercare: gently buff away the old glue, cleanse with an alcohol wipe and apply cuticle oil if possible

• Removal kits and cuticle oil available here

• Each set is handmade to order. No refunds, returns or exchanges*

• Please take a moment to double check that all info (sizing, length, shape, mailing info, etc) is accurate before placing your order

• sizes in millimeters are not accepted. Please don't attempt to guess your sizes. A sizing kit in each shape/length you'd like to order in is recommended

• no free replacements or refunds for lost or stolen packages

If you want to regularly re-use your nails, I recommend investing in an affordable e-file.

Using a low speed, gently file off the old glue from the back of your press-ons with one of the small, rounded drill bits

Wipe away any debris with an alcohol wipe. This will create a clean surface for new glue will adhere to

GiLi Nails is not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed packages. GiLi Nails is not required to issue refunds or free replacements for lost or stolen packages.

Once USPS scans a package into their system, USPS becomes fully responsible for the package and GiLi Nails no longer bears any accountability.

If mail is frequently stolen at your residence:

• Use the Order Notes to request signature confirmation and the service will be added on to your shipping label for free
• This ensures that USPS must hand the package directly to you or alert you to pick it up at the post office where it's being held

If your package was lost in transit or marked delivered and you're unable to locate it:

• File a claim with USPS

• Purchase the Replacement Nail Fee from the Extra Supplies section and enter the necessary info (size, length, shape, which set it's for, which finger, etc)

• Please note: if the replacement fee is included in an order with sets, it may take up to 14 days before the order is shipped. If you need the replacement(s) ASAP, order separately
