• Order a free sizing kit

• Apres gel-x tips vary in size so please order a sizing kit in each shape/length you plan on ordering your sets in

• Orders have a processing time of 7-14 business days (Mon-Fri) before shipment

• Standard shipping (USPS Ground Advantage) typically arrive within 3-7 days 
• Expedited shipping (USPS Priority Mail) are typically delivered 1-4 days

• There are Rush Order options if you need your order to be shipped sooner than 7-14 days

• Hate USPS? You're not alone. Feel free to request a UPS shipping label in the Order Notes at no extra cost.

• All orders come with a prep kit including: alcohol wipes, a cuticle stick, a mini buffer, a sheet of adhesive tabs, a tube of nail glue, detailed instructions for application and removal, as well as a discount code for your next order

• Each set is handmade to order. No refunds, returns or exchanges*
• Please take a moment to double check that all info (sizing, length, shape, mailing info, etc) is accurate before placing your order

• Email me within 24 hours for order cancellations, order modifications or any other concerns you may have

• Fill out the custom order form. I will get back with you shortly and you'll receive an invoice via email

• Processing time begins after invoice is paid

• Please double check your email for any typos (if it's entered incorrectly, I can't reply)

• Buff your nail beds with the rough side of the buffer block
• Gently push your cuticles back
• Use the alcohol wipes to cleanse and dry your nail beds
• Apply glue to the center of your nail bed. Line the press on up properly with your natural nail and press down at an angle, beginning at the bottom. Apply pressure onto the nail while spreading around the glue for about 10 seconds

• Taking the time to prep your nails properly when applying your press-ons will directly affect how long your nails stay on

• With nail glue, proper application and care, around 2-3 weeks at a time

• With adhesive tabs, usually just a couple days at a time

• Adhesive tabs can be combined with nail glue for extra grip.

• If you have naturally oily skin/nails, I recommend buying a nail hydrator to use after you've prepped your nails, but before applying glue.

• Soak your hand in warm, soapy water for up to 5 minutes

• Add an oil of your choice (coconut, olive oil, etc) if desired

• Gently slide cuticle stick underneath the nail to remove

• If it's still stuck, don't rip it off. Just repeat the process

• Aftercare: gently buff away the old glue, cleanse with an alcohol wipe and apply cuticle oil if possible

• Removal kits and cuticle oil available here

• Purchase the Replacement Nail Fee from the Extra Supplies section and enter the necessary info (size, length, shape, which set it's for, which finger, etc)

• Please note: if the replacement fee is included in an order with sets, it may take up to 10 days before the replacement nail is shipped. If you need the replacement(s) ASAP, order it separate from the other items

• Yes! I highly recommend investing in a cheap e-file if you're regularly wearing press on nails. With an e-file, you can successfully file off the old glue from the press on and your nail bed. This will allow you to re-use your press ons successfully

Once USPS obtains your package and scans it into their system, I no longer have any control over it.

If mail is frequently stolen at your residence:

• Use the Order Notes to request signature confirmation and I'll happily add it on to your order for no extra fee
• This ensures that USPS must hand the package directly to you or alert you to pick it up at the post office

If your package was lost in transit:

• File a claim with USPS

Please note: Missing/lost packages are a disappointment and loss for us both. A lot of product, love and time goes into each set. Unfortunately, I can not afford to remake every order that gets lost or stolen. Thank you for your understanding xo
